We are looking for a highly motivated and charismatic sales person who loves working in a team oriented environment and one on one with our customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and communication

Manage a sales flow of 10 to 15 customer per week on average

Serve as a point of contact for all clients

Complete necessary administrative paperwork

Attend weekly review meetings to evaluate performance

network within local community and support specefic marketing events

Skills and attributes:

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills are needed (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

Be a self-starter and self-motivated 

Must be a problem solver

Must have a valid driver license with good record and be insurable

Education/ experience:

College degree preferred but not required

Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience

Experience with the painting and construction industries

Bilingual English-Spanish preferred but not required
