Sample Projects:
Project Solvers led the two-year development of Brevard County’s first unified regional brand, resulting in the successful launch of the Florida’s Space Coast identity in January 2024. The firm implemented structured project governance, including milestone tracking and risk mitigation strategies, while managing multiple vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery quality. Stakeholder engagement was central to the effort, managing engagement and structure for a 25-person board, with 40 Community Conversations involving over 800 participants, eight focus groups across multiple states, and surveys reaching 1,500+ respondents nationwide with a total of over 3,000 stakeholders engaged. This initiative culminated in broad stakeholder adoption and a comprehensive brand framework, including a video, that now serves as a cornerstone for regional marketing, economic development, and community alignment.

Project Solvers was the Project Manager for Combined Arms' comprehensive brand transformation, orchestrating a unified digital ecosystem that had broken links while strategically aligning visual assets across all touchpoints. Our collaborative team worked across the marketing consultant and Combined Arms' team to ensure project was complete on time, on scope, and within budget. This revolutionized the fragmented online presence, implementing a cohesive narrative architecture that resonated with stakeholders and catalyzed national expansion efforts. This community-centered approach strengthened organizational credibility, amplifying mission visibility by 78% and fostering collective stakeholder engagement around their core values.
Project Solvers led a six-month site readiness project for Spaceport Commerce Park, a 50-acre noncontiguous property on a licensed spaceport with unique development incentives, as part of the Florida First Sites program. Coordinating across 15 stakeholders including utility providers, the municipality, airport, and spaceport, we supported a full infrastructure and development constraints assessment, securing a grant to complete the $20,000 scope at no cost to the client. Deliverables included a site plan scorecard, marketing webpage, and promotional video, which enhanced site visibility and clarified baseline development costs. This work positioned the site more competitively for industrial development by reducing barriers to entry and earning regional recognition through media and outreach.
Project Solvers served as Project Manager for Virginia’s Department of Veterans Services $1M digital transformation initiative, leading the design and implementation of Virginia Veterans Network, a collaborative, data-driven framework to unify departmental operations and improve user experience. This software connects the military community to vetted resources through an Amazon like shopping experience guaranteeing end-users do not fall through the cracks when accessing necessary resources. The team conducted user journey mapping, facilitated interagency coordination, and executed human-centered design principles to eliminate process redundancies and streamline access to critical services. Within the first 8 months post-rollout, the platform registered 6,000+ veterans, demonstrating significant adoption and improved service accessibility. The initiative was recognized as a statewide priority by Governor Youngkin.
