Matt Dusa is dedicated to helping the teams he coaches to achieve their maximum potential through dedication and hard work.   

After 9/11 Matt pivoted from sports medicine to a career in Fire/EMS.   Matt had a successful but short lived public fire service career that led to his family growing the largest private fire company on the West Coast.    But like many rapidly growing family owned businesses they hit a glass ceiling and needed a break through.    That is when Matt was introduced to Traction®, and he knew he found the system to bring order to the chaos.   

After implementing EOS the company grew to over 300 employees operating in 9 states and achieved financial success.   After 18 years in business the family had a successful exit leaving behind a great company.  

Now Matt is excited to help leadership teams get the most out of their business and entrepreneurs and founders live the EOS life.
