Thank you for your interest in our services. My name is Michael Smith and I am the owner of Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc. I am a Florida State Certified Roof Contractor as well as a Florida State Certified General Contractor. Over the years I have built many homes, additions, porches, installed roofs and provided various types of renovations. Also we are an Accredited A+ business with the BBB.

I have lived and worked in Brevard Florida since the 70's. My role as owner of the company is to ensure that we provide the client a satisfactory project. The majority of our projects come through referrals due to our many years of customer satisfaction. After all these years I still enjoy the interaction with homeowners and completing a project. I am a family man however when not running the business I enjoy golfing with friends or colleagues and also love playing guitar. My only 2 vices. Whoever chooses to give us the opportunity to provide a roof or renovation project will be pleased with our services.
