The OHdor Gone Odor Removal Service by Alidade MER uses atmospheric hydroxyl radicals (AHRs) to destroy odors quickly and effectively. Hydroxyl radicals are naturally occurring outside on a sunny day. They are responsible for cleaning the atmosphere of many pollutants; they’re known as nature’s broom.

Our equipment simply mimics nature’s process. We move room air through multiple UV frequencies. No other chemicals or consumables needed. The equipment runs on common 115v electric outlets.

Most odors are VOC molecules. Smoke (cigars, cigarettes, cannabis), pet odors, lingering food odors, etc. are VOCs. The musty odor from high humidity is a VOC. Many people are sensitive to fragrances, fumes from new carpeting, etc.

What is the process?

We evaluate the location to determine the type and number of equipment needed. We estimate the duration for the treatment. A proposal is submitted; which can include rolling service costs into the closing. Once accepted, we deliver and set up the equipment. Treatments typically last between 2 and 6 days, depending on the situation. Once completed, we remove the equipment.
