Join FRLA Space Coast for the 6th Annual Luncheon with the FRLA Chairman The Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FLRA) Space Coast Chapter is pleased to present FRLA Chairman of the Board and Owner of Anna Maria Oyster Bars and Cafe L'Europe, John Horne, for its signature luncheon event. We are honored to have the FRLA Chairman discuss his start in the industry and his business philosophies on establishing a great work culture. Also, John will discuss the importance of being involved in the local community and politics. Please join us for the special and informative event! About Chair Horne: This year will mark 41 years of experience in Manatee County's hospitality industry for John Horne. In 1985, John opened his first restaurant, Anna Maria Oyster Bar on the City Pier in Bradenton Beach. Four more restaurants followed, and today the restaurants, affectionately known by locals as the AMOBs. 2022 brought the next evolution of the Horne's hospitality group with the purchase of Sarasota's iconic Cafe L'Europe, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.
