2025 Community Leadership Retreat

Please join us for the 2025 Community Leadership Retreat--Illuminate—where we'll shine a light on opportunities and challenges shaping the Space Coast. Board members, business and community leaders, and key stakeholders will gather for a two-day experience of strategic conversations and learning in a distraction-free, coastal setting. Program highlights this year will spotlight workforce, tourism, and technology—woven together with elements of arts and innovation. And because some of the most valuable outcomes of our annual retreat come from connection and camaraderie, we encourage you to join us for the full retreat and bring a guest for the evening festivities. The retreat package includes hotel accommodations (1-night), self-parking, Thursday welcome reception, Friday breakfast, lunch, snacks, evening reception and gala dinner, and Saturday breakfast.
