Annually, the Chambers of Brevard County join together for an advocacy trip to the State Capitol in Tallahassee.
This trip from January 30th-31st includes the opportunity to hear from state policymakers and key individuals in the legislative process. Attendees will also have an opportunity to tour various Tallahassee landmarks and witness the legislature in action. The trip also includes participation in the Brevard Day festivities.
Seats are limited (50 total) and include transportation via charter bus, most meals, hotel accommodations, meetings, and admission to the Brevard Day events.
The registration deadline is Wednesday, January 10th.

Lifetime Counseling Center, a program of the Space Coast Health Foundation, recently introduced the Daily Thrive 30-Day Mental Wellness Challenge to assist in addressing that important connection.
This 30-day free challenge is a series of quick, easy, and fun activities for you, your family, and employees. The goal is reducing stress, enhancing mood, boosting energy, and increasing resilience.
Whether taking a walk outside, dedicating a few moments to deep breathing, learning something new, or starting a wellness journal, each activity is designed to improve your overall health and wellness.
